How to Boost Glutathione and Activate the NRF2 Pathway Naturally

My Health Story

I had I started to feel pain in my right shoulder and eventually the pain was so terrible, I had an x-ray and found I had torn a ligament in my trazepezium muscle, hind shoulder. The pain was steadily worsening, and it would wake me during the night. I am not one to take pain relievers, but Panadol and osteo-panadol did little to alleviate the pain. I saw a surgeon, but I was reluctant to jump in for surgery, as my colleagues who had, found the results were short-term. They continued the same work and they had not changed their practices to prevent further damage.

I found through research that turmeric was a great anti-inflammatory, so I took 2 tablets twice daily and found that pain management and better methods to prevent further injury were the answers to my dilemma. The tiredness and poor sleep had also caught up and despite less pain, I had gotten in the habit of poor sleep and brain fog. The environmental factors of air and pollution, the equipment we use daily such as cell or mobile phones and computers, the petrol when we fill our cars and many other activities. Other situations may include alcohol, smoking, delving into recreational drugs, using our phones, and the internet and even filling our cars with petrol take a toll on our health. It is what causes excessive inflammation in our body. We become more stressed with everyday life, such as hormonal changes, and the responsibilities increase with rearing children, financial and workplace pressures and it goes on.

As we age, the cells in our body become damaged by the buildup of inflammation. This starts around 22 years of age when our body starts to change. We cannot overcome the damage or rust in our body with diet and living a healthy life alone. We are stuck with problems of low performance, constant tiredness, poor sleep, hormonal changes, skin damage, internal organ malfunction and joint damage. We use up so much energy having an enjoyable time, it shows how daily living impacts the body, as we age!
